Im not going to get one. I think it ruins the groove of the car. it looks nice, but i dont think its for me. If i was you, wait untill the package prices come out so you can decide if you want to spend extra money on it or not.

Sunroof... would have gotten a t-top, so no mohawk either way. but the mohawk does help the roofline if you dont get some sun

I'm not sure...I'll have to see them in person. I love that reverse mohawk, so I'm leaning toward no sunroof, but I've been wanting a sunroofed car for a while....

Exactly..if GM rapes us with this SS/RS nonsense then I may not be getting a sunroof, but If I can get an SS/RS around 33k ...I may consider the roof

NO sunroof. If I wanted to see the sun while driving, I'd buy a convert.

I voted " not sure" I would have liked t-tops. I've got a sunroof on the family sedan and it is rarely opened.....

T-Tops would look a whole lot better on these new 5th gens than they ever did on the 4th gens. TO me they never looked right last gen.. As for me, I like the way the sunroof looks on the silver SS spyshot of the Slater TV show, however I will probably opt out of a sunroof to keep the cost down..

no sunroof. With the SS/RS and leather seats, I'd like to try and keep the heat away from the interior

I am leaning towards no, because i like the reverse mohawk. But i think it would be nice to have one..

How much weight would adding a sunroof probably put onto the car, does anybody have an estimate, is it alot, or is this a wasted thought???

As everyone knows, I would rather have the t-tops (and yes, I'm still considering getting a non-sunroofed coupe and have t-tops put in it....cost is going to be the problem there....as well as justifying cutting open a brand new car), but with t-tops not an option, the sunroof is the way to go.

I only have one concern about the sunroof, and it may sound stupid to some people, but it bugs me....the sunroof should retract inside the car. The roof on our Tahoe (that we no long have) retracted inside. Then I got my '06 Silverado with the sunroof only to find that is slides outside the vehicle. I hate that. I know in some smaller cars, the roof went outside so there was as much headroom as possible inside. But in a truck? Come on, there is plenty of headroom. It's just dumb.

I open the sunroof in my truck all the time and I will in the Camaro too, so if the one in the Camaro goes inside, then I will be getting it for sure (unless I can swing the previously mentioned t-top job). If it slides outside the car, I think it might make it look to "rice-ish" and might have to pass.

Does anyone know how the sunroof will work? Will it just tilt up or will you be able to pull it right back? To add to what Silverado said, when I look at the roof shot of the car with a sunroof, there looks to be no room to have it slide back unless it slides back on top of the roof like the Mazda RX8 instead of inside a roof like most GM vehicles. Probably better to slide back above the roof since it would allow more headroom.

if the reverse mohawk did not exist i would difinelty get the sunroof, but it does, so i won't. the reverse mohawk adds so much personality to the car i couldn't image replacing it with a feature that's an option on almost every car you can buy.

If I could get the 'hawk in the sunroof, I'd be down. I'll pass though without it. It looks too dang good with the 'hawk to sacrifice it for a little more sun and a flat roof.

I've never felt the need for a sunroof, and that Reverse Mohawk is just too sexy to give up.
