Bad ass Camaro in the shop!!

Had this beauty dropped off to us on the weekend for some diagnostic and modifications.

'68 Camaro

The customer was complaining about drive-ability issues with the tune since he purchased the car. We are also installing vintage air, alternator, second fuel pump (the fuel system is no where near enough to support the power) and building a custom blower inlet pipe.

After diagnosing and fixing his drive-ability problem, which was tune related, we mad a pull and the air fuel was off the chart lean (13.5-14.0). We made some quick adjustments to the Holley Commander 950 EFI system and of course the single 255lph pump could not keep up after 3800rpm and 7psi.

More to come later, stay tuned!!

Modifications:

406 cubic inch All Aluminum Motown Lite Small Block (4 bolt splayed steel caps)
Machine & Block prep. work done by Nelson Racing Engines, Los Angeles
Paxton Novi Super Charger @ 12-13 lbs of Boost
AFR 210 CNC Ported Aluminum Cylinder Heads (2.08” x 1.60” SS Valves)
Holley Stealth Ram Fuel Injection Intake Manifold (Ported) w/ 1000cfm TB
CompCams XFI Hydraulic Roller Camshaft, Lifters, Pushrods, & Rockers
Cam: 268XFI 218/224 Duration & .570/.565 Lift @ .050 w/113* LSA

Very nice modification list. I can see by the engine bay pics that the suspension has been upgraded as well. Nicely done. What is the engine bay sprayed with? Looks like a truck liner of some sort or is it a grey matte paint?
Also, the car doesn't seem to be mini tubbed. I definitely would have mini tubbed it if that was my car. But, a VERY NICE car none the less!!
