im sure he will chime in but I have the same springs/ sways. I never drove my car with the factory setup (installed at dealer before i picked it up). With these springs......it drives beautiflly. I live in an area where the roads arent the best but you wouldn know it from where i was sitting. Here is a pic of my car (iom) and a factory setup on a yellow.

I like the ride. I was worried it might be to stiff but it's not. I just got them on last night so I haven't got an alignment yet. Here is a picture on concrete:

I should have measured before I started, but I didn't. The other post I have seen on Phadt's drop springs and SS's state around a 1.25" drop.

I did cut 1" off each bumpstop. No issues, cutting them was easy. I just used a boxcutter with a new blade and worked it in and out. The instructions even had pictures of what they should look like cut. To be safe, you really need to wear some cut resistant gloves while cutting them.
