This is what i heard from BOMEX

Bomex is proud to announce the release of the 2010 Silver Arrow Camaro Conversion Kit. The conversion will work with either a V6 or V8 model.

The Camaro wide body conversion will only be available for a limited time. The conversion kits are special order from Japan, currently manufacture / ship time is six weeks.

The package will be available as a kit consisting of front bumper, front fenders, rear quarter panels, side skirts, door extensions and rear bumper. This fiberglass set is currently priced at MSRP $4600 (Bomex use high quality hand-laid fiberglass, comes predrilled for easy fitment). Available separately will be a rear wing for $390 and front hood for $650. Carbon fiber version is available upon a special order basis and currently priced at MSRP $8500.

Bomex will also offer installation services at our facility. Kits installed in our facility will include a Bomex Certificate of Authenticity and numbered ID plate as well as a warranty.

Complete car sales are also available with optional interior and performance upgrades.

I think the kit will run around 10k once painted. Not worth it but looks cool. The spoiler is the spoiler is the best part of the car.

You know what, if I had 10k just lying around and I'd already done all of the drivetrain mods that I wanted, I wouldn't mind doing this. Everyone can agree it's unique, it's eye-catching, and not many people in your area are going to do it to their cars now are they?

It will definately make your car one-of-a-kind, there's no mistaking that!

I like it!

I mean, I wouldn't drive it, but it's definitely some eye candy.

Dude, if you seriously park that nice ass car in a crowded parking lot someone close to you or reading over your shoulder right now ought to slap your dumbass across the head. I, for one, never park my Camaro near anyone. I always park in a parking spot furthest away from the door away from everyone else. So what if I have to walk. I'm keeping my car from getting dings in my doors, fenders, etc. and at least I am staying in shape; unlike those who have really nice cars which they can barely get out of and park them in front of every entrance only adding to their exorbitantly fat ass. Lambo doors do look cool on a Lambo! Not something that it shouldn't be on! Maybe with this body kit it may look good but if you have this "one piece" body kit, you would be a fool to drive it anywhere but on a showroom floor. That thing would crack as soon as you hit a pothole or any rough pavement. Also you might want to invest in air suspension with this kit as well. If not you'll only do damage to it even going over the littlest speed bumps. I do know all about this because I thought it would be cool to put a "one piece" widebody kit on my 2002 Eclipse and then drive it around. I say "one piece" because notice there are no lines on the body except the hood, trunk, doors and fuel door. Where the front bumper meets the fender will be one of the first places to crack, also where the rear bumper meets the rear fender will be the next place to crack. Overtime, depending on actual material of the body kit, it will start to sag and crack even further. This is inevitable, no matter how good the installer is. Only way I could see doing this kit if it was done in full carbon fiber. If not, you're wasting your time and money. I did contact Bomex and find out how much the kit would be in Carbon Fiber. It was about $9,000 and they were only going to make 8 of them supposedly.

However, does somebody know if this Bodykit is going to be available in the near future? I could not really find some useful information in the web.

Thank you very much!
