Possible Bethesda/Rockville Area Meet Up.

So,
I live in rockville, and I work in bethesda. While I know most people are in other parts of the area, I was wondering how many people live somewhat near by who would want to meet up sometime.

It was just a thought, nothing big or anything, just feel like i'm the only camaro in the area sometimes since I never see them in rockville/bethesda, while I only see them on the beltway or 95/270.

Post if any interest, again nothing big or formal so no need to travel far, just lookin for a bunch of bored locals sometime.

I'm in Bowie, Md. About a 30-45 minute drive to rockville depending on the traffic. My third gen is in the garage for the winter, but I'm willing to take it out for a meet. I know a bunch of third gen guys have been trying to meet up to, so I'll let them know if you do set something up.

I'm in Carroll County am looking for a meet myself. I'm willing and hopefully my car is able -- I'm taking to shop tomorrow due to transmission slip issue. Not sure yet if serious or not.

Is there still an interest in this kind of meetup? I'm in G-burg and I can't believe I haven't shown up in the "Spotted" thread yet, and I've never seen either Zeroburn or RoyalKev who both seem to be in my immediate area. This Sunday is supposed to be nice...

I could do Sunday, though not sure I'm going to have time to wash mine and it got dinged up in the front Friday night driving up in Philly when a piece of wood or something flew up off the road and I hit it.

Isn't that a general "given" for meets

On our bike rides Hooters was always THE mandatory stop to make. And it doesn't matter which Hooters it is! The Green Turtle is good too.

Are you, by chance, the ABM I often see parked by the fire museum?

I know this was posted way back when but, I grew up in Derwood. Everyone always refered to it as Rockville or Gaithersburg. Awesome! I'll keep my eye out for you when I head to my parents house on Briardale off Shady Grove. If you see a Dodge Caliber throw you a thumbs up, that's me.

Nope. I've actually only seen 4 camaro's on the road so far, a bright yellow turning into the Germantown mall with the Borders in it, one black one when I was heading back from Delaware Park on Preakness day that I couldn't catch up to (traffic, not engine reasons), and TWO OTHER ABMs, one on Great Seneca (we waved at each other after his wife gave him a poke) and one parked in Damascus (cheap gas there, by the way - usually 10-15 cents/gallon cheaper than down here, and a scenic drive to boot if you take Brink (don't take 124(?) it has speed cameras)).

Well if you see a black LT near Old Town during the week, there is a good chance it's me.

I don't know if you saw this, but I'm soliciting feedback about my new license plate frame. Let me know what you think! I did it as an homage to my green baby, which you can see a bit of in one of the pictures.
