Possibly buying Monday...HELP please

Hi everyone. Been lurking here for many months and finally signed up today. Could really use some help. Going to the dealer on Monday to possibly purchase a CGM 1LT,RS,6M,polished wheels for $26,600.00.This price does NOT reflect TTL or any rebates. Do you guys feel this is a fair price for this car? Also I was planning on using the GM. 60 day opt out, credit union rebate, and the USAA rebate but the salesman says the USAA is not a stackable rebate. Any truth to this statement? If the USAA rebate is no good for me I don't think it would be a deal breaker. Any and all thoughts are appreciated by Monday at 8 AM. Hurry!! lol

You should be able to use more than one discount if you qualify. If your dealer is telling you otherwise I think he is either misinformed or not telling the truth.

Becky thanks for you support to the new camaro owners. We have a delearship here in Tappahannock Va that is very supportive also. They current have a transformers edition available at MSRP with discounts and also no processing fee. he said he has never charged that fee and why start now. Thanks again to all of those fair and reasonable dealers still standing behind the customer..

If the way you have it spec'd is correct and not missing any options, the msrp is $26950. so 26600 is no steal. but if you get the credit union pricing that will give you basically supplier prices. should save you about a grand. usaa, and the 60 day opt out are stackable, so another 1250 off. now thats a deal. work off msrp not an adjusted price

Little more pricy for that spare wheel isn't it? I thought it was a decent price until you added that. I would have them at least throw that in and stay with the 26,600 price. I like the credit union discount too.

The credit union discount is Supplier pricing. You can take both the $500 alt60 and the $750 USAA discounts off that supplier price.

THAT is a great deal! Not all dealers will accept that pricing, just the good ones!

Yes,1LT with manual trns. And just to clarify,MSRP is 27,100. They are selling it to me for $26,600.00 BEFORE TTL and any applicable rebates. How do I convince the salsman that the USAA rebate is stackable? Thanks all for helping.

Just got a fax from the dealer. Total sale price with all rebates and tax, title, and license comes to $27,082.75. I think on Monday I will tell him I will take it for $27,000.00 even.
