Where can I buy an OEM replacement bumper online??

Haven't had my car even a month and the rear bumper has already been tagged. Was parked waaaay out away from any other cars at outback this weekend and When I come out I notice someone has nudged me from behind. Freakin pisses me off!!! Anyways, I really don't want to make a claim on my insurance for something that wasn't my fault and it's already high enough as it is. Just wondering if anyone has a good place to find an OEM for pretty cheap. Don't much like the prices on fleabay. Thanks!

email customerservice@gmpartsdirect.com with your VIN# and description of what you need - unsure if you need just the bumper or anything else. Ask if given your VIN will it be factory color matched or need local painting; also ask availability.

They'lll give you the part #(s) you can check on http://www.gmpartsdirect.com

Cool. Thanks. I have $500 detuctable for my insurance so I was looking to try and do it for less than that... So I don't have to file a claim and my rate go up. I found an OEM black one on craigslist for $150.. May look into that and just have it painted.

is the bumper cracked? If not, why not just have it repaired/repainted? This is probably the cheapest route.

No theres no cracks. Just a couple scractches and dents/dings. I didnt think they could repair them that easy b/c they're urethane, not good ole steel like back in the day. I'm gunna take a picture of it to see what yall think.

yea, i repair them all the time, there is a special filler designed for urethane bumpers, obviously not used to fill huge areas though.Just Small dents and gouges.

Awesome! Yeah they arent big at all. Maybe like the size of a nickel. Then just a few scuff/scratch marks. Whats the filler called? Not bondo I hope.

I use Poly-flex by evercoat. By the way "Bondo" is actually a brandname. The make all kinds of autobody products. Its kind of like everyone calls tissues "kleenex" Just an FYI
