Give me enough money and you'll be blown away what I wish I could do with my camaro. Track doors, robotics, hidden actuators, custom gauges/dash, If I get a hardtop (only if blown versoin comes out) you'll see a bad ass headliner idea I've been meaning to try.

In this context, they're small little tacks that look like jacks that kids used to play in the 50's.

They're meant for popping tires.

EDIT: I'm sure they were used in a few movies. Basically the car releases a full box of these puppies and the cars cheasing them have no tires left to continue chasing them.

the person who had the car before had like a board that would cover up the stuff that you would store in the hatch and we just traced it in some wood and cut out holes.

No worries. I was just planning on putting a board over the depressed area in the trunk. Then I could put my tool box over it, and have the speakers cover it up so it would look nice and clean. And, of course, I was going to put an amp in the bottom of the storage compartment next to the driver side rear fender (it was opposite the spare tire). But I was going to do mine in gray carpet like the rest of the interior, not paint.
