Diablosport Trinity

Well after much ado I finally got my 2SS/RS tuned. I had problems the first time (about three weeks ago) but today all systems were go. I used the Trinity performance tune and is sure seems to make a difference. Even with the traction control it can blow the tires off almost at will. If you decide you want a tune I recommend the trinity (if you download all updates) you will pe pleasantly surprised.

What update level are you at? Did you have your car reflashed by the dealer yet?

The last time my car was in was for the "track pack" exhaust. I do not think they changed or modified anything then( mid september) I originally picked up the car end of August. I think the tuning is from then, but not sure.

This tune Rocks

If you are looking for a tune the diablo tune wakes this car up and runs like it should from the factory. I can stomp on the gas and smoke tires at will even with traction control on it will still spin them. I am very glad I bought it and I still have to have Ted at Jannetty Racing do the free Custom Tune for me when I get finished modding this amazing Car.

Just curious... what kind of problems did you originally have?

ABS, brake, stabilitrac, traction control and two other lights that I do not recall. Trinity could not remove them so I went back to stock, but it took two changes back to stock for everything to clear.

Glad to hear the second one worked for you. I just ordered a Trinity from Jannette. Hopefully all will go smooth. I think it will be cool to have the 0-60, 0-100, 1/8, 1/4 mile timing functions.

Yup, the best feature is the difference in the feel while driving. Your tires might not think so though.

What you said. plus you can set up different gauge clusters and monitor engine parameters real time. Comes with a windshield mount so you can view and access the touchscreen easily.

The tunes are the same, the Trinity just has more play toys on it.

Have you done any 1/4 miles times stock vs tuned? I read everyone gets a tune and says it feels faster but no times.

you need to hook it up to your computer in order to update it to new revisions, to download log files from it, and to import/export tune files if you get custom tunes made...

but as for tuning, and viewing live data on the screen, and recording the data logs, no - you don't have to hook it up to your PC....

Make sure when you get the trinity you get all the updates from Diablosports web site. This is VERY important.

A bunch of us have been asking Diablo as to when they will support the latest Camaro flash. There are a few people out there that have had their cars serviced and they can’t use the Trinity. Diablo has stated to avoid the dealership flash until they support it and there has been no answer from them on a time frame to support the new flash. I suggest waiting because a bunch of people have a $600 paper weight.

We released an update with support for the new Camaro calibrations last week....
