2008 Corvette Z06: $853.80/yr

Not bad at all. You don't say how old you are, but I assume older than 25 to get low rates like that. I have to go with State Farm as they're the only company I've found that doesn't rape me on my 1000RR sport bike. It's about $700 a year to insure it where as it was $2500 - $5000 yr at other places. Yes, that's not a typo, Progressive wanted $5000 a year for the bike. Motorcycle experts my ass.

I'm 33. No tickets, no accidents that were my fault. I left Progressive and switched to Geico when my premium went up 20% and no one there could tell me why.

My mother, father and myself must have absolutely fantastic records to you then. LOL

I've been driving 17+ years and have only had 2 tickets. Both for speeding. I did get a couple warnings though.

My mother, IIRC has only had 1 or 2 (one for hitting a parked car while trying to get my cousin off the floor of the car where he'd fell to back in the early 70's LOL) and she's 54 years old. Same with my father who's 55.

When I was 17 w/ a 1982 Camaro Berlinetta V8 I was paying $1400 a year for liability only. At 18 w/ a 1991 Camaro RS V6 it was over $3000 a year. That's with no tickets. Granted I have always carried a bit more than the lowest legal limits on insurance (15/30/5 in NJ I've always had 50/100/50)
