Bushing install help needed

I am installing the Pedders Drag Kit option 2 and can't figure how to get the 4 large stock cradle bushings out. Any advice on how these come out would be great. I have the cradle lowered but I have tried prying them out but they seem to be locked in. Thanks.

That's on G8, should be close. They use a special tool, that basically screws the old bushing out.

Try googling G8 cradle bushings, maybe GTO as well.

Cut them out if you can, you won't be re-using them.
Just don't damage the cradle.

we used an air chisel on mine to swap them.

We cut out the rubber center, and then slit the plastic outer sleeve.
Be careful not to damage the subframe.

They were a bitch to remove.
You aren't expecting them to just fall out, are you? LOL

I am going with the cutting and chiseling route since normal hand tools are too much effort.

when cutting the stock bushing s i cut out a pie slice towards me trying not to cut into the metal then used the air chisel to finish breaking/knock out the outer sleeve also when putting in the rear bushes it is easier to preinstall the metal ferule into the bush out of the car put it in so that half of it sticks out the bottom and half out the top its a tight fit getting it in there past the nipple that sticks down from the frame i wasted about an hour trying to put the ferule in the bush once on the car and its imposible to do
