Old Style Camaro badge...

Does anyone know where to get this badge?

I think the old school badge looks nice... Wouldn't mind putting that on my car!

Thanks!!!

rick's camaros.com has everything gen 1...Hint to remove the block letters on the C5......use dental floss behind the letters with a sawing motion. Then a little goof off to remove any residue.

Classic Industries has EVERYTHING Camaro. Most of the parts are reproduction but if you can't find originals, they're a good option.

New Camero Emblem

I was thinking about trying the camero emblem but was told that I have to drill three holes in my car to install them. Is this true or is there another way to attach them, like using two way tape?

All of these restoration emblems require the back posts to be sawed-off, nubs sanded down, liquid metal/body-filler to create a level backing and 3M tape cut to the lettering to then apply. Use Isopropyl alcohol to wipe down the surface first to remove wax/dirt to allow the 3M tape to adhere properly - also install over 60 degrees and preferably let it sit for 24-28 to cure.

Not hard to do just requires some patience. Here's pics of the interior Deluxe Camaro emblems and the '67 V-Flag install. Note if you install the '67 V-Flags be careful when power-washing the Camaro - the vinyl paint will wear off - I was able to repaint mine but was a PITA.

I use Ground-Up for the restoration emblems - link - http://www.ss396.com/mm5/merchant.mv...ry_Code=EMBLEM
