Hey C5 ladies!! Do you drive a Camaro with the M6?

If you do, I have a question for you. Do you have trouble with the clutch when you drive in heels? My car is my DD. So there are some days when I go to work that I wear heels, and find it difficult to push the clutch in. Any suggestions? ( other than don’t wear heels )

My husband has been trying to get me to keep my heel on the floor when shifting - that really doesn’t work in heels.

Maybe leave the house in a pair of slip-ons without heels and then put on the heels when you get to work? Just a thought, but I'm a guy so that's all I can offer!

A picture would be worth a thousand words...

But I think some other driving shoes would be what I would do...uh, I mean what I would suggest.

All my DD have been manual and I agree it is very difficult to drive in heels or even wedges. I don't think there is anything you can do to improve it...The angle of your foot in a heel just does not work well with a pedal that is pushed often and with some force. You may need to slide on flats to drive

Yep, the flats are what I use. It's just a pain to change shoes. Especially boots. Oh well, thanks for the input.

Yes I have the M6 and heels are a pain, I just drive without shoes! I kick them off when I get in, no problem!

I absolutely never wear shoes when I'm driving mine. I have a few flats that I have been able to manage in, but I don't even give heals the time of day. Not to mention they will ruin the floor mat, had a big ole hole in my last car (auto) from driving with heals on.

To quote Dane Cook "Shoes? F@#$ shoes!" I'd say barefoot it or keep a pair of those ballet flats in your glovebox.

I usually just kick my shoes off when I get in and slip them on when I reach my destination.

There can be variation state to state but most don't have laws against barefoot driving. Info I found indicated barefoot was legal in NY but cops can throw almost anything they want into reckless operation type violations.

I haven't had a problem with it, so long as they're 3.5 in or less.

Not to take this off topic but I've also heard a '10 Camaro can be driven in a bikini?
