GM's got some explaining to do. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!

I started doing my engine cover mods, pics soon when done. So I pull off the insulation under the cover and find something very very very interesting, my VIN is around 35000. Check it out.

!

Has this been uncovered before?
Maybe check yours. I dunno. Im wondering something. Was the L99 V* supposed to be like an SS and the LS3 cars the Z28 and then GM decided to hold off the Z28 nameplate later on?. I wonder if theres a different marking under the L99 and V6 covers. I just find this interesting that when the cover was made was the supplier instructed that these were Z28 covers and marked them as such? considering the cover was probly made in 2008 from the supplier is there cause to believe that the SS was actually supposed to be the Z28?. Whatchu all think? If you want to check the cover just carefully pry up the lil fasteners and take a look. I thought this was really intriguing and if its an old discovery the nevermind.

Uh oh.

Looks like someone accidentally put a Z28 engine cover into a production car.

The black Suburbans are on their way.

When the agents arrive, just do what they say and do NOT make eye contact.

The plot thickens. Or it is a guy at the plant messing with whoever bought the car.

*Somewhere in Oshawa*

Joe> "Hey Bob, I just got this great idea, grab that white marker and come over here real quick."
Bob> "What's up Joe?"
Joe> "I'm gonna take this marker and scribble 'Z28' on this guys engine cover. When the guy sees it he's gonna flip and post it on some Camaro forums somewhere and it'll take off from there!!!"
Bob> "Oh man Joe, this is gonna be great!"

Anyway, that's the scene that popped into my head.
