installed 4 guage cluster tonight.

Installed the 4 guage cluster tonight on my 1SS.
Took about 30 minutes.
Tested it and works perfectly.

I think gmpartsdirect has it for 338.00 and I saw one vendor on here at 299.00

GM direct says that it can't be returned - Is it worth the extra money to get it thru a vendor here for more$ or get the parts from GM direct?

I don't know who the vendor selling it for $299 is, but it sounds like the vendor is the best deal, and you're supporting a forum member.

Not quite - I work at NASA here in Houston - It's an Acronym for Time to Main Engine Cut Off - a shuttle term used onboard.

Where were the wires located at? Ive had my shifter bezel off a few times, and i never saw any other wiring

There's a PDF floating around here somewhere that someone posted. Had the install instructions and where to locate the wire.

yea, the dc power outlet took me the most time to figure out.
That actually took me about 20 of the total 30 minutes to install.
