Body shop cancelled

After making me wait a month and a half to get the Maro in to fix the paint chips left by the snow plow, the body shop decides to call me this morning and cancel my appointment for this Monday. Says they got a bunch of tow in's from yesterdays snow storms and dont have time for me. WTF? I asked him if they even ordered any parts and he said no. DOH! Would think they would take any business they could get these days...Probably the higher paying jobs looked better...What a bunch of tards.

body shops are in high demand all over the US and they will bump you off if they can make more doing something else and they fear not, as everyone has more work then they can do.

Most dealers take insurance work?
Have ya tried any of the GM ones local???

Unfortunately that is how business is done nowadays, Money before the customer.. If they can make more money on someone else you get bumped back.. Just a fact of life... I wish it would go back to the old days when the customer was number 1, and it was first in-first out...

State Farm..I can go anywhere I want..Just wanted these guys cause their work seemed pretty good. The other local shops arent all that great. Might have to take it to Reno but id rather not.

If they are that good, you may want to consider tips n bribes.
As good shops always have 3 times more work then they can do, while the crapy ones are full up too.

grease the wheels

Amazing what a little Nasty Gram to the insurance company can do. The body shop owner called me this morning and will personally go over the car with me Thursday and get it taken care of.
