Center of rear bowtie coming unglued???

I installed some black vinyl to my bowties yesterday. As I was washing my car earlier I noticed that the center of the rear bowtie with the vinyl is starting to become... unglued? It's the actual metal lifting up on both sides, not the vinyl. Has anyone had this issue before? What should I do?

One of 2 things:

1. Pull it the rest of the way off, lose the vinyl, paint the center part black (or whatever color), and glue it back on. (factory uses double sided tape)

2. Pull the vinyl off, clean it, and take it to the dealer, have them order a new bowtie under warranty.

Thanks brainhart. Wasn't sure how that piece was attached. I didn't want to go pulling on it just to find out it had center screws or something holding it on and bend it.

The rear bowtie is just held on with double sided tape, no screws.
However, there are 2 holes behind it, so if you pull it off, you'll have to patch over, or tape over, or something to cover the holes.....
