Perhaps you didn't read the description, there is no plastic, this is REAL Carbon Fiber.

Compare pricing to anywhere else and you will see that we are more than fair!

You plan on offering other colors like the light grey to match the light grey leather in my car? Do you have pictures of any other colors yet?

Thanks

Indpowr, you are a real class act! I was disappointed recently seeing some vendors taking shots at other vendors on this forum.
You actually have something constructive to say and that is great to see!

Thanks for restoring my faith in the supporting vendor community here on C5!

Here is the yellow swatch, we wanted it to match the Yellow/Black "bee" theme as much as possible

The "regular" Carbon Fiber is our standard 3K Twill CF Black/Carbon mesh. Here is an engine cover we make that demonstrates the weave:

If it was carbon wrapped factory pieces it would actually be more expensive, considering what the dealer charges for these pieces...

We are working on it, will not be in the first run for sure but we can incorporate it.

If you have grey I would suggest to choose a color to make the panels "pop". Just a suggestion, I would hate to see you spend money on these parts just to have them looked over because it too closely matches your interior.

We did consider making some in texalium which is almost an aluminum looking mesh but its not cheap and I think most people would like the idea of adding an accent color to their interior.

what do you guys mean by "Kit includes a pair of replacement door panels, and 2 piece dash trim overlays"

do the dash pieces just lay in top of the oem piece with some double sided tape?

BTW I was about to order the OEM trim kit sold by chevy (wich BTW the cheaper I have seen it is $328 so if these pieces are real CF I think the price is right) and if you guys make them on silver CF I'll be all over this one

The door panel inserts unscrew from the door and you re-install these CF panels. The dash trim is an overlay which, you are correct, applies over the existing part. It is still real CF and still have "depth" to the look.

If we can get enough people to commit we will make whatever color you guys want. We would need at least 5 people to pre-pay in order to make any new color.

Here is another picture of our 3K twill carbon, as I mentioned before you may want to add an "accent color" rather than trying to match the black interior.

That is correct, we used that behind acrylic sheets to get that effect.
