Talking Escondido, CA

Hi All!

Just signed in. Purchased the 2010 LS Coupe V6; silver w/black stripe package and black wheels. Soooooo stoaked. Help me out here. What CAI should we add? Anything else? Also, it does not have the fog lights, but does have the holes etc. what do we do with that? Anyone added those lights?

Thanks In Advance!

Welcome to the Boards!

Not sure about stuff for the V6, but we have a meet at a wheel MFG today in Orange from 10-3pm.

You could come up and meet some of the group & get some input there. Maybe 60 minutes north.

Free Pizza & drinks!

There is a Feb 27 meet in Temecula at BBK Performance Parts new facility. Check the California meets section for a video that you might find interesting. It shows their CAI and V6 headers and the great gains from them. There will be a Camaro5 discount on anything you get that day or in the future from them as well as Brother's Performance Parts.

Welcome to the site and So Cal Camaro5 Family!

Forgot you had questions! I added the Airaid CAI, Zoomers Exhaust and a Barton short throw shifter. The Airaid seems to work, but it is probably just in my head. The Zoomers exhaust is great, but really most of the aftermarket exhaust seem to be pretty good. The Barton shifter is great.

With the shifter the car is more fun to drive, with the exhaust it sounds really good and the CAI just makes me feel better and it might make the car a little more responsive. Really, so far the best "performance" improvement has come via the weather. This car really likes cooler temps. I got my car in July, and during the hot weather the car reacts slower and just feels different.
