story: The production version of the 2010 Camaro has been spotted running around in California. The photos were taken by Garrett Brown.

The 2010 Camaro will be offered in 10 available exterior colors and three different trims: LS and LT models offered with an advanced, 3.6L direct-injected V-6 engine with variable valve timing and a choice of six-speed manual or automatic transmissions and SS model offered with 6.2L V-8.

They are killing me with this RS package. Those wheels look pimp..

The white is cool. Looks like Toyota's Super White. Reminds me of those GT BMX bikes in the late 80's that had bright white frame. I noticed on an earlier prototype the white didnt' seem to match the front and rear bumper pieces. Perhaps that's why they had to push the color back in production?

I really hope things change and white is offered from the start.

I'd really like to know why such a common color isn't available right away.

White is my first choice, but Silver is a very close 2nd.

Holy crap the little subtle lip on the trunk is just....sexy....so glad they didn't go big on a wing.

I was thinking the same thing about production. I wonder what they will do about the black parts maybe paint them white too??

Are we sure its production-level? It's missing any sort of badging on the back.

Other than that I'm liking the white and find myself oddly pleased w/ the black spoiler. Very nice color.

Anyone else notice all the heads turning in the background cars?

Yes, this car looks amazing! Thanks for the pics. And yes, that is the SS model. You can see the lip on the bottom of the front fascia.

I like how they changed that lip, it now tapers in at the bottom, much better than the square lip we saw at first.

Did anyone notice the black mirrors? Production car is supposed to have body color mirrors, is it not? Same with the black rear spoiler. Unless the RS appearance package needs to be ordered to make said parts body color?

I usually hate white, but it looks great on the Camaro. A white Camaro RS with black lip spoiler and black stripes would be very good looking.

And yup, RS does an F-body good. Ok I know its not an f-body anymore, but you get what I'm going for here.
