Anyway, I am not a scientist and I do not study climate change. But what I've heard from those scientists/climatologists that support the global warming theory, is that this severe weather is a result/symptom of global warming. Winter and summer weather will grow more and more extreme due to the change in climate. again, you make up your own decision on what to believe, but that is what I have heard.

Another interesting note: global warming can lead to an ice age. If enough of the polar ice melts off it will disrupt the Atlantic current, and warm tropical water will not be brought north any longer. Once that happens the poles begin to freeze over again, only now there is no warm water in the northern oceans to keep the ice from continuing further south.

Vancouver has to truck in snow so that proves Global Warming is real.

lets just put it this way...

humans are infinitely stupid. We try to understand the world around us and in recent decades/centuries we've been using tools like the "scientific method" to describe it. But just like 1000 years ago, in another 1000 years people will look back at us and think, how dumb were these people? I mean people thought the world was flat...

I live in Montreal and we are known for very rough winters, but when I

look around I see grass popping out! I don't understand myself why

different states that should be warm and sunny are getting snow.

I'm not saying that I want the snow, because I hate it!

It definitely is very strange!

Even Vancouver is having trouble, it's too warm there!

Now what?

Very nice so far. Let's keep it that way.

Ok, that being said, you guys are all morons.

Seriously though. I don't claim to know the physics behind this stuff. If you've ever flown on an airplane, you trusted that someone knew something that you didn't. Because you flew in their plane, not knowing anything about it.

30 years ago, if you would have told me I would be playing Pac-Man on my phone while talking on it to a buddy 3000 miles away without even holding the phone to my ear from a device that just sat on the side of my head, I'd have thought you were nuts. So I can yeild to the scientists that talk about global worming. (mis-spell intentional)

The problem I have is that the model has changed SOOOOO radically over the passed years that I can't support it's accuracy anymore.

Remember a few years back when ON THE FLOOR OF CONGRESS, it was said that by 2030 the oceans shores will have risen significantly enough to cause millions to be without homes and such? Well now all of a sudden it's "We are going into a 30 year cooling down that will cause a larger rapid warming devistation." ????? WTF?????????????

If the initial 'Design' was so strong that we start to legislate off of it, how can we possibly believe that they are accurate now? Not to mention all the scientific data from other areas that debunct the theory.

I just hope that they won`t look back 100 years from now and say how dumb were these people to let the earth climate rise when they had the "scientific method" to correct or prevent it.

I get climate change every time I turn on the AC or heat. And anyway, they changed it to Climate Change so it would fit the Theory Change.

They changed it because they don't know what the hell they are talking about and they want to cover a broader spectrum.

There is some sort of environmental thing going on... we just don't know exactly what it is yet.

So then why are they legislating us to death as if they do?

And what happened to the 'Hockey Stick' charts they used and threw away?

And why does my freakin car have snow on it? I moved here to get away from this crap.

The locals here say it snows about once or twice every 20 or so years. We moved here 11 years ago so I guess it's ok.

This year has been weird, we have had a lot of rain this "winter", only 2 days of snow back in Nov. Although, I am not a big believer in global warmer, I do have to say that the weather patterns have been strange for the last couple of years. I live in the PNW by the way.

Don't misinterpret what I'm saying here. I am all for conservation of resources and putting less harmful chemicals in the air whether or not these things will ward off global warming. I want us to emit less carbon as a country. I also want us to use more renewable energy. Not because of global warming, but because it just plain makes sense! Our world is finite, we have to use it in a sensible way that will allow us to sustain a comfortable lifestyle.

Less carbon = less food, anyone who gardens know this fact of life. Professional greenhouses pump in carbon to make their plants grow faster so they can get to market faster. God made the perfect system by having plants breath in carbon and giving off oxygen. We breath in oxygen and give off carbon. Study photosynthesis to learn the truth, the truth you won't hear through the MSM.

The SUN is the main control over our climate. We are actually going into a mini-ice age but you won't hear that because the SCAM is to tax you on carbon. Remember the old joke about taxing the air you breathe? Well that's the game plan and it is a scam to make money, not be good steward of the planet.

Research why 30,000 scientist say global warming is a hoax and who is behind it. Follow the money trail, not the pied piper.

I agree, one of the largest carbon footprint in this country is the average home owner, how many of you use Fuel Oil or Propane to heat your home`s during the winter or where it gets cold?
