Wow this is so weird and funny, I figured Id let the community in on it. I own a black 2lt and am one of the few in my area with one. Some guy came to pick up my mom with a IOM camaro I didn't see if it was ss or not but it was Iom in Iom out and it had the ground effects, unpainted. We are all adults here I'm 24 and my mom is in her early 50's and she is newly divorced, I hope no jerks out there make jokes. I just thought it was funny that some guy shows me up and takes my mom out for a Valentines date with an IOM camaro! WHAT THE HELL, Im thinking what older guy(50's) drives that color camaro. He better not be too young, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Nick, look at it this way.......well for starters, I have a IOM, and I am in my 50's, but its not me, HOWEVER, it just goes to show you that your Mom has good taste, as does your Mom's gentleman caller. If it works out for her, you will have a lot in common.

Since when is IOM a kid's color? Hugger Orange 1st gens are still one of the most sought after colors, regardless of age.

you got a lot things going in this post.

1. worried about jokes
2. your mom going on a date
3. the car the gentleman had that picked up your mom for the date
4. the model / options the car had
5. the color of the car
6. the age of her date

you're worried about too much...she's just going on a date

...post up here in 20 or so years and tell us what you have as a ride....pretty much guarantee you will have the latest cool car...

odds are that if you liked something when you were younger, you will probably will like it when you are older.
