Been meaning to jump on here for awhile...

Can't express enough how INCREDIBLE painted stripes look vs vinyl... no offense to those with... just really is a night and day difference! Costs about an extra $200-$300 for a second finish, to get them resanded, recleared and rebuffed- but MAN ITS WORTH IT!!!! No ridges, no edges... just smooth and shiny as glass!

not sure if i'm the first, but i haven't seen many CGM camaro's with synergy green stripes. I was going to go with rally stripes, but they were too hard to install, and I messed them up. lol

just put these on. was 100 times easier to install then the ralley stripes. lol

next will be to paint the chrome around the bowties synergy green...

wow! those look great. where'd you get them???? i'm just joking i know where you got em! i'm glad you didn't have any trouble with these....and it does look good. i enjoyed meeting you in person at the fest man! thanks again!

Thanks for the trial and error! Hopefully you can get what we were looking for later down the road.

I need a favor from whoever has the skills that i apparently lack - I would like to see what the IOM 2SS Vert looks like with the black stripes all the way down the back and front. Also I want the stripes above the windshield.

Just the wide stripes from factory with out the thin line around it. I have just gotten mine and would like to see the mod before I spend the money.

Freakin A. Ordered my rally stripes last week, got the call wednesday that they were in. Set up an appointment for yesterday to have them installed. Since they were being installed at the the dealer I didnt pick them up just had the parts department walk them to their body shop. Drop the car off, guy asks what kind of stripes are they? I told him rally stripes the two down the middle. Well apparently somewhere along the way they ordered the hockey stripe kit and the installer was never informed what he was supposed to be putting on just some stripes. Get the call the car was done go to pick it up and CRAP its not the right ones. Good thing its just vinyl and not paint. The shop was nice enough to remove the wrong kit at no charge and order the right one at no cost to me, they even vacuumed and detailed my car for me. New kit is supposed to be here monday but i cant get there to have them installed til friday, but hopefully it all works out this time.

I think it looks brilliant! I especially love how you blacked out the area around the grille. (That's what I've been planning on doing, along with some spears on the bonnet. Though now that I think of it, I may like to put some matching graphics in the gill slits and perhaps in some of the other recesses; much like in the pictures of the VR Camaro.)

Hey guys....I got my Stripes in from Rider Graphix the other day.

I wanted to give you guys a sneak peek on what they will look like.

I got the Rally Kit with extra stripes for my NLP Spoiler to wrap all the way over.

The stripes are his High Gloss black stripes with ULTRA high metallic flakes.

Its like someone loaded up a potato gun with glitter and shot the stripes

My car is currently on a rail car getting shipped to me so they should be on in about 2-3 weeks

Hi, just subscribed to this thread. Awesome pictures of ralley stripes. Maybe 1 to 2 years ago, I saw an incredible air brushing of a ralley stripe with a ghost image of a transformer inside the stripe. I've done a search and cant find it anymore. Might have been removed since its been awhile since it was uploaded to the forum. Does anyone remember what paint job I am thinking about and/or do you know where I can find it.

Anyone know anyone in Nashville area that has experience painting on stripes. I have a black SS/RS with the two tone orange interior and I want the stripes to match the interior trim. I would go with vinyl but the "orange" colors on-line can be very subjective. If any vendors are reading and can attest to the color match and any extra cost please chime in. I'm looking for the extended length stripes that wrap below the mail slot.
