lol yeah the hurricane was pretty bad down here. it made land fall like basically on top of my house. (i live about twenty miles from galveston) and basically since i am in galveston COUNTY i wont have power for like three weeks. which sucks but luckily we have our generator. the storm surge is receding finally which is good.

oh and i have one request. if you guys could get some good interior pictures of the back seats and how much room you have back there. that would be just dandy lol. thanks in advance everyone.

I'm glad you were able to make it through it. I can't imagine what it's like for ya'll down there.

Picture requests for Indy; this will require 3 people. Someone under 6’ sit in the drivers seat, someone under 6’ sit behind them and someone take a pictures of them to see how much room there is if any. Specifically leg room for the driver and rear seat passenger although head room too would be good.

Another shot of the rear seat close up almost at seat level to see how concave the seat is. I’m specifically interested in how well a booster would fit (some seats are so sculpted a booster won’t sit flatly) and if there is enough room for kids legs. I know I won’t truly know until I can test drive one with my kids but…

more IVER car references:

that guy in the driver's seat is 6'1" and he has the seat almost too far back for him to reach the pedals... notice the gap between the front and rear seats

and here's a pic of the rear seating surfaces:

Turtle,
Do you think there is room for a rear facing infant car seat if the front passenger seat is moved up?

Thanks.

Nice shots, luckily for my kids I’m only 5’ 8” and I sit pretty close to the wheel so I think there should be room. The back seats look fairly flat which is good, just need to make sure the booster isn’t too wide. Oddly enough car seats seem to be better as kids sit higher and actually rest their feet on the seat cushion. In boosters the cushion hits them mid calf and their legs stick out. Not like it will be the family hauler anyway but I don’t want it to be a penalty box for my kids either.
