That's pretty much what I said with the exception of fixing the paint. I know the chips in my paint have cost me some 1st place car show finishes. Nothing wrong with getting that squared away.

At the end of the day it's about what you want, so take our opinions with a grain of salt.

I'm weighing the options, and enjoying the different perspectives people are giving.

New mix-ups of the packages are turning the creative cogs in my brain so it's all positive.

Option 4.

No offense to rideskinz but i think your car looks perfect! In my opinion, the new front bumper would just be too much going on. I would just fix the rock chips, get the vented fenders and add a little bit of "go" mods. Hence option 4 lol.

I just looked up Rideskinz.... Yeah don't do that!! Not the right choice, IMHO.

Updated #4 is by far my choice. You get a little appearance w/ the flares and take care of the paint at the same time and really the only thing you need at your power level is Tires and Axles... You'll have a lot more fun at the track when your tires stick and go... but then you'll need the axles to go with it.

Talk about an overwhelming storm of votes suddenly lol. Looks like that is the leader currently. Gotta look at wheels it seems unless I can find a set of c6 Z wheels. Mlee, yours fit with no spacers, right?

That's fine. I have wordpad file that I've been keeping track or comments and votes from more than just camaro5. =)

You've talked about getting those fenders for a long time! I chose #1, but I like #4 as well since you do run the car at the dragstrip. I had to choose one or the other

I voted package 4. I was torn between the perfomance drag package and getting the rock chip damage done because I recently had mine pretty much done. It makes a huge difference.

But then you added those in one package. So that's what I voted.

The diff would be nice but easily skipped considering the rest.

Okay I voted for #4.

Several reasons. Your front bumper other than the paint is fine, why replace it when you don't "have" to? I am mine, even though I don't have to, but thats because it is still damaged some what.

I did not vote for the Audio package because even though it may win you a magazine, how practical is it really? Audio mods are normally my first mod on all my vehicles. But I am practical with the mods, I add some bass and audio clarity without being over powered. I have a 10" Subthumb stealth box and that's plenty, even too much at times. With your idea, I think you add a lot of bass and weight just to win a magazine but in the long run what does it net you? I think long term option 4 is the best all around, it complements your current mods and gives you a little more show with all that go!

OH, hell. Mine looked sand blasted. The painter was only planning on wet sanding and painting. When me and Chris got there the next day he'd taken it down to the plastic and started over. He said the PLASTIC was pitted.

I still say go with package #4.

You should really wait 60 to 90 days after it's painted to put a clear bra on...

The paint used at the paint shop isn't like factory paint. The new paint will need to cure.

The roads up here aren't bad, and I make sure I stay way back if I have to follow trucks.

I like the bumper too. Still waiting on SummoneR to get his so I can look at it in person.

I'm planning on painting the car and not driving it much until the paint is cured. The clear bra wasn't going on immediately following paint.
