If anyone knows a Chevrolet saleman personnally and could inform them of our Camaro5 "meet and Greet" this Saturday if would be greatly appreciated as I would like to see a whole swarm of these cars cruising the hiway together like all the major cities are doing across the states. There are alot of camaro owners that would love to know about this that do not know. Or if you could stop in your local chevy dealership and help get the word out.
(They can call the folks that they sold cars too and let them know)
Thanks Rick

Folks I'm gonna suggest cruising Up 367 toward Alton And the Great River Road.. These a Park up thatta way (Pier Marquette something or other) people talk about.. Any other suggestion ?

bzy-man, it is called Pierre Marquette Park as you stated. I think it would be a nice drive. The only thing is that there can be a lot of cars and bikers on the weekend.

Well given that the cruise will start in St Charles, what about taking the Golden Eagle ferry across the Mississippi? That, in turn, leads to Brussels Ferry, which drops off just outside of Grafton. Could you imagine what a great photo opportunity that would be? A river shot of a ferry full of Camaro's!

I think if you take the Ferry I might have to go home....I really have my doubts that my car will make it onto a ferry without ripping the front ground effects off the bumper.

Seriously though, we should drive somewhere, just don't leave the restaurant before 12:30 so I have time to meet up after work!

My biggest issue at hand will be cleaning it and keeping the pollin off it until I leave for the get together. I don't have a car cover either.

I will be there! there is also a dyno day happening at PurPerformance the same day. Starts at 10:00 and runs for a while. I figure I will head up there in the morning and to you guys for lunch. From what I have been told the Gateway Camaro club should be in attendance as well. If you want to dyno you car it is 3 runs for 50 bucks which isnt bad for around here and I know Ben works up there, he knows a few things. The owner of Pur just bought a SS so I assume it will be up there as well. It is going to be a busy day and if anyone else wants to join feel free. might have a small cruise from pur to Mattinglys. Look forward to meeting you all.

Thanks

I dropped off a few fliers aweek or so ago at PurrrPerformance. Seen the new camaro sitting there the owner owns.. These businesses are only .25 mile apart on opposite sides of the road.. The gateway camaro club is meeting (car show) only a minute or two from there also (at JJs' resturant).. This is gonna be Good ! The camaro club also has asked to use Mattinglys as a club spot in the future (manager jackie told me). this is since WE got this thing happening.. There will be a SLP575 horsepower 2010 camaro. (plus he's bring his Z06 vette).. He must be a gooood Driver to do all that.. And Jackie also bought a new 2010.. sweet huh ?
