The latest camaro production and delivery (sales) #'s were released today. Here are the stats:

Production Stats:
Camaros produced in February 2010: [to come]
Total Model Year 2010 Camaros produced to date (since March 16, 2009): [to come]

Delivery (sales) Stats:
Camaro February 2010 Deliveries (actual sales): 6,482
Total January 2010 - February 2010 Deliveries: 11,853

it will be very interesting to see what happens to this trend when the 2011 Mustang hits the lots within the next month or so . . . very easy to see why nobody is buying Mustangs right now, if they know about the new one about to come out . . . and Ford already has over 11,000 pre-orders . . .

I think there are two factors that are leading to this. One is obvious, the camaro is freakin' awesome from top to bottom and front to back. Two, the 2011 mustang is gonna be pretty nice. I really curious to see what happens when the "new" mustang comes out? Call me a dork, but this kinda reminds me of when the PS3 and xbox 360 came out and everyone expected playstation to keep running the show but the 360 proved to be better and still is... Uh-oh can-o-worms meet the opener...

Yeah, I'm surprised that so many people are still buying Mustangs this close to the 2011 launch. I'd be curious to see if the sales of GT's is dropping off. The V6 buyers probably don't care as much about the 2011s...

I'm sure next month or as soon as the new Gt 5.0L goes on sale to the public mustang will take over the reins of best selling.

I'm a Camaro guy and will always be a Camaro guy however Mustang is like a dam Cult to a lot of Americans lol

kind of like Mary KAy and Avon as my Grandmother once said

if the Camaro can keep up the sales even with the 5.0L I will FREAK !!!!!
