GFX install need help

OK, trying to install the GFX, front done, HOW do you removed the side or rear bumper, and DO I have to removed the rear bumer, The GM instructions are not very good, they say removed side skirt, or remove rear bumper but don't SAY HOW?

HELP HOW photos video?

OK no help?

Hey Gang, got the front and rear done, but need help getting the side skirts off?

How do they come off, intructions tell you to take out the four screws and remove> DUH I would if I could HELP
