It is painted! It is a rally mate black, from spies hecker. Berger Chevrolet uses a hot rod black. There is no clear coat on it, so, I have to be extra careful. I'm very happy how it looks. I considered vinyl, but think painting looks a lot better. Thanks for the kind words. I love the Berger Chevrolet camaros. I just don't have 62k to spend.

R,

Car looks bad-ass!!! When you called to get these, I knew the car was going to look nice, but even I'm surprised... You made a great choice on wheels and with color scheme...

Enjoy!

Just wanted to pass along that I picked up the door panels with the Synergy Green panels from the part numbers floating around on the board. The stiching on the armrest is green also. I believe the stiching on the 2011 Synergy Greens that come with the panels from the factory has white stiching. Looks like the part numbers floating around is from the 2010 Synergy edition.

Shouldn't be too difficult to find the moron who did the swipe and run. Your color is so unique that it will stand out on the other vehicle

Sorry about your luck, and I hope all turns out well.

Yes I installed them myself. Taking your door panets off is not that hard. The DIY is here on the board. Just take care when removing the switches from one panel to the other. The parts can be had much cheaper then what I priced because that is retail. If you are in with your parts man they can be had at dealer cost.

Another thing to remember is that if you go aftermarket and not GM you are getting a painted piece that is possibly cleared. The GM parts actually seem to have some sort of hard clear acrylic coating over it. It looks as if it has a seperate covering over the paint to protect it. I guess you have to see the GM piece to better understand what I am talking about.
