as long as you put the ls3 symbol on the SS and not the v6 its cool

i was thinking you were going to put it right near the SS symbol like LS3 SS or on the grille or back of the car

LS3
SS

I think the "L" in the LS3 looks a little, how do you say, ricey? Perhaps it is just me. Overall, the LS3 badge would look good on the Camaro with perhaps a different stly lettering.

I found this place also www.chromeemblems.com. They make custom emblems and don't seem to be too pricey. They also have ready-made lettering so you can just get those and slap 'LS3' wherever you want. I want to see if they can make custom SS logos for me!

Nice link but did you see minimum order? Guess you could buy 150 Camaros to put them on.

i really dont like that L shape, it also seems redundant to put ls3 emblems on a car that could only have a ls3

We're going to have to work something out with your guy to get some badges for the board members! I'm definitley rebadging mine and could use all the help I can get. I really like the way Dodge badged the Chally SRT-8, it's minimalist, very classy and let's you know the car isn't of your everyday variety. This is the only place GM dropped the ball for me because the badging on the SS looks like an afterthought... reminds me of the Civic Si.

SS's can come with L99's also. On the road it may be hard to tell if it's an M6 or A6. I'd consider putting an LS3 emblem on mine, but not that one, it's too expensive.

What about..... This 376 can take care of the stick and auto guys. we can put them on the hood and the price is for the pair!!

We can have the "camaro5" standard where we decide where the "6" ends up from the edge of the cowl hood, lets say 3 inches from the edge. so whoever has the emblems we will all look alike.. I'm sounding kind of anal, LOL

If they are the cleear domed emblems that look like it has a rubbery feel to them i would think twice about using them on the outside of your car. they may deteriorate in a little while and look like crap.. take it from me I wasted 20 bucks on a pair of SS emblems that were made like that... the person selling them said they would last 5 to 7 years but mine were toast after 1.

Sounds like yours were made incorrectly...the SLE and SLS badges on our Envoy/Sonoma respectively are of the same material and have held up pretty well.
