michael,
Who painted the flames on the fuel rail covers and other parts in the engine bay? They look great.

Also, I'm looking into the same hood. Are those 4 small vents on each side functional or are they just for looks? I see the vent in front of the center bump is functional, but I can't tell if the smaller ribs are.

Thanks.

My paint work is done by Camtech Custom Paint & Fabrication

Chris is the name of my painter.

Gary's Customs did all my chrome pieces, camaro letters, GM chicklet, back pieces to the bowties, he painted them chrome black...Great job

As far as the hood the side vents are not functional, but after talking to Gary, from Gary's customs last week he told me that he could cut them out and make them functional.

Thanks, Michael.
I was just curious because I'm talking to Gary about painting my hood. I have a CGM car and was thinking of painting the hood CGM with gloss black trim: the center, spears on the sides of the cowl, and I was thinking of painting the gill vents like in this picture so that they look real:

Congratulations on being Camaro of the Week! ONYX is a beautiful car! Of course, I'm kind of partial since she is the first one I saw in person and first one I got to ride in. When you gonna let me drive her??

You didn't take him up on the offer on Sunday after I left?

I'm still finalizing those pictures so I can send them out to you, by the way.

No, I want to drive ONYX over the bridge. I'll talk him into it one of these days. I think he has something against women drivers.

I thought about asking if it would be okay if I took a bit of an extended test drive that went over the bridge and back. I'd like to drive it on the highway, at least...

I really need to do a update on all my winter mods.
All I can is that I no longer have a LS3 motor it's now a 500cu-in RHS block.
Up-graded to 15in 6 piston brembo's
Lots of rear suspension parts.
New twin disc carbon fiber clutch.
I will post a complete build sheet on the the motor in a couple of days, new found power and a @ss load of torque.
