LOUDEST exhaust for L99

Hey guys, I'm new here. But I was wondering what the LOUDEST possible exhaust I can get for my stock L99. I was looking at the ARH exhaust system but it doesn't seem THAT loud. Then again, I'm only basing it on the videos. I would be replacing the whole exhaust including the headers.

So what's the loudest exhaust available(can be different brands pieced together) for the L99?

I have an MBRP catback system and that seems to be pretty loud.

I'm pretty sure all long tubes will be around the same volume.

loudest headers are long tubes without cats.

only problem of running no cats is:
it's illegal
it smells bad
really requires a tune

as far as loudest exhaust:
Corsa or straight pipe like SLP Loudmouth I or Magnaflow axle back competition series

Alright, I'll be going with the SLP loudmouth I. But I'm not sure if I should get the ARH headers or the SLP headers.

I don't know. It shouldn't be too bad since it's a full exhaust. Not like it's open headers. And the automatic should keep it in lower RPMS so that should cut down on the sound.

It isn't illegal... just frowned upon... like masterbating on an airplane

Personal preferance on the smell.. I happen to like it

Doesn't require a tune, just helps

I think he actually meant the drone. When AFM mode kicks on on your L99 with those long tubes and the Loud mouth exhaust your head is going to want to explode!

However on a lighter note, outside the car will sound like an SS should IMO. Either way you'll be forced under penalty of being flamed to post a video or sound clip so we can all bask in it's badass goodness!!

Haha, so I guess something this straight and loud hasn't been attempted before? I'm coming from listening to a Supra with a 5" exhaust.

that philosophy works great if you are in high school or live in a trailer park.

Not putting it that way exactly...I'm sure it has been attempted before and it isn't really the "loudness" that is going to bother you. When the AFM kicks in and you L99 switches from V8 to V4 it creates what they call "drone" which I've described in the past as a midget helicopter trolling behind your car. To better describe it is like when a cat purrs...kind of...just louder? If you did long tubes with the loud mouth exhaust it would sound bitchin for sure but when AFM kicked in it would feel like when someone opens only one window in a car at 70 MPH and your in the back seat...your head wants to pop!

X2 I actually did the muffler delete on mine and it was the best $90 I've invested into this car so far.
