MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THIS OUT!

I pulled my car out yesterday for the first time this year and when I looked at where she'd been parked I saw 2 oil spots on the floor about the size of a fifty cent piece. After putting the battery back in -which by the way I know I'm not the only one who didn't think about the fact that when the batteries sitting on the workbench you can't open the trunk, had to crawl thru the back seat and reach into the trunck to pull the release cable. Anyway I put her up on the lift and found about 5 spots with oil on them, all of them were around the back half of the oil pan. Wiped her down and left it overnight. This morning everything was still dry, started her up and lifted her back up. With a couple of minutes I was the problem. It seems like the oil pan gasket has failed. Both sides and what I believe to be the back all started leaking. I started to get droplets of oil between motor and bell housing, and I know it's not the rear main because I replaced it in the fall when I was wapping out my clutch. I found 4 bolts on the pan that I could tighten over a 1/4 turn.

The photo's aren't that great but hopfully you can see what I'm talking about.

Already called the dealer and taking it in Monday morning for repair. Sorry for the long write up.

This is the first time I have heard of this happening. Bring it to the dealer and have them replace it.
