I dont see it.

Like was said, looks more like a "nearly there" on the final design of the production car. "B..but the wheels!!"..could simply have been explored as an option package, nothing more. "B..but the rear end!" GM isnt going to make a unique rear end for the Z28, sorry.

Folks, when the Z28 is ready, GM will release pictures. I think people are so starving for this car they're seeing things where none exist.

Its possible that the silver car is the Z28, aside from the lights. Its also possible the orange car is the Z28, aside from the lights. Its also possible that the Motor Trend rendering is the Z28. Its also possible that the SLP ZL575 and ZL550 are Z28 prototypes. Its also possible that the Leno V6 is the Z28. Its also possible that we've never seen of the distinctive details of the Z28.

The important question is, whats probable?

it could be possible... just like it could be possible that I will open my front door and a supercharged D.I. 5.7L carbon-carbon LS-OMGWTFBBQ-powered Z28 will be sitting in my driveway.

That pic has the producton fascia. Im sayin its the Z/28 and the orange car in front was the mock up for the accessories car GM built and displayed early on.

That silver car is exactly what was shown on the cover of Motor Trend last year. Same wheels, spoiler and hood scoop.

We already know that it's coming, all the speculation and the guessing is just stiring the pot more and more. I am sure Team Camaro comes in here and looks at all our speculation and takes measures to make sure that no info leaks prior to them releasing info. I for one owning an SS can trust that they will deliver a potent Z28. Those of you that have the Camaro : A Legend Reborn book must have read the line that stated that the Camaro was the working mans Ferrari, thus shows that they want to deliver a world class car.

I think it is funny that the orange car has the backup lights in the "grill" part of the back end like everyone suggested after they saw the production version. I would love to see tail lights similar to the silver. The back ups part of the inside light; then I would make the blinker orange / amber the same way as the back up, on the outside light. I just like amber turn signals, makes the indicator more distinct.

I'm thinking that pic may be either '10 models or maybe of the upcoing '11.

Too bad the actual car did not come as lowered as the model. I have to agree with Dragoneye, the reverse lights look much better integrated with the tail lights, than by themselves.

I think I remember FbodFather or some other GM representative saying that numerous alternatives for the backup lights were looked at, but were rejected
