Speedo re calibrate

I need to re calibrate my speedometer, I am installing 305/35-20s and it will be about 7mph off, so I went to my local chevy dealer where I bought my 2015 SS and they told me it was illegal for them re calibrate my speedo?? has anyone else ran into this issue, thanks.

You'll have to look for a tuner in your local area to help you out or some hand held tuners like the Diablo Sport or SCT4 will allow you to make changes due to tire sizes.

I have an SCT 4. I bought it from RDP. They are a Camaro 5 sponsor. Look for Dyno Steve on here and send him a PM and ask if the SCT will calibrate for your tire size.

315/35R20 won't change the speedo, if they fit your rim. http://www.tunedbyfrost.com/ did mine (local for me) and if your car is an auto you can't beat his transmission tune.

Rodgers Cheverolet fixed me up with a tune and calibrate. Even sent the hardware to my dealer for me!
