Iwantone2: I will do what I can... this weather needs to cooperate though.

VALOR: I got the C.A.I (Cold Air Inductions) CAI. Sounds mean!

Thanks for the comments... I will try to get a video or at least some pics...

Do you notice your Corsa exhaust popping on deceleration? I have the same set up CAI/ exhaust and I wonder if it is common?

All SS's do this. It's a method in the engine that helps to improve fuel economy. It just gets amplified a lot with the Corsa.

I was curious because Corsa makes a point of their pipe setup eliminating this ... just making sure I didn't install something wrong. Thanks!

Yes I have the same noise. I kinda like it. I always thought it was just a little bit of extra fuel popping off, I didnt think it was anything that was to improve fuel economy though. Hmmm... learn something new every day.

You can tune this noise out. For the time being just live with it until you get your headers and then you can tune everything at one time. That noise drives me nuts. Can wait to get rid of it.

I dont mind the noise. It isnt that bad, however, after a little while it might get annoying. We will see.

I have this set up and yes I have popping. I also have a Diablo tune and the popping is a little worse on decel. Very noticeable power increases though.

Corsa Exhaust - Strange Sound

Anyone with this strange sound from their Corsa exhaust? The strange sound occurs and is loudest at low steady speeds(20-25, 35-40mph). With constant accelerator pressure, it sounds as if someone has their hand over the exhaust and it resonates inside the car, but when you hit the accelerator its as if the exhaust opens up and the sound goes away. As long as I press the accelerator, I don't hear it. Constant high speeds, no strange sounds.

I have no problems like that. But by the sounds of things, you just need to keep going high speeds and all will be well! Sorry I can not be of any help to you though.
