SPI Speed Shop - In OAKVILLE ONTARIO, Has mods for 2010 Camaro SS and car to drive!

Hey guys,

I was just at a Performance Speed shop in Oakville Ontario.
He has a 2010 Camaro SS with full exhaust, headers, true cold air intake, plugs & Wires, Full Custom Tune, lowered, front and rear sway bars, aftermarket rims etc..
He also has a supercharger & Cam ready to go on the car but wants to wait a month and give people a chance to check out the car as it sits.

You can go in there and check out the car, drive it etc...
Trust me, you will not be dissapointed as I drove the car yesterday and there was a huge difference between mine that has rear muffler delete and CAI.
They are located at 860 Progress Court, Unti #2 (in the Con-Ker Construction building)
905-465-9916

He was telling me that they have tons of parts on order for customers who want the same level of performance.

If you live around the area, check them out!

Devilish, Thanks for the compliments! It was great to meet you and I'm glad you were impressed with our Stage 2 SS, it's nice to get some honest feedback and response. We hope to be able to provide all the ontario owners with parts, installation, and tuning for their Camaro's. We are also happy to announce that in late April we will have are own chassis dyno in house to better service everybody. Looking forward to giving your SS a little wake up in the near future

That was going to be my first question, do you have a dyno? I would like to get a baseline before doing some mods.

What type of dyno is it?

I had mine done last fall and want to see what my little winter experiment has achieved and you appear to be 10 minutes away.

Last fall was on the Dynojet at Redline in Toronto.

I am expecting a significant gain.

BTW looks like a nice SS.

Don't count me out yet, the shop is pretty jammed right now, but if I can find the time I'll be there. If I can't make the Kingston cruise, I would be very interested in one more local, we could meet up at the shop and start from there, or finish there and have a BBQ and drinks.

Thanks for the compliment. Judging by your clients, you would likely like its track day stance better with 315s on Torque Thrusts all around.

I will call you for sure. I think it would be a good way to tweak my tune for the 40cfm we added. The dynojet is ok for getting WOT close, but I need the street tune cleaned up.

I will talk to you very soon.

Would your SS have been in Milton last Saturday? It looked very similar, but I only got a distant glance at it.

Sean and I traveled down to Andrew's shop on Saturday to check out his Stage 2 Camrao. I gota tell you, we were both very impresesd. It sounded great but the best part is how responsive it was. On second thought the best part was him handing us the keys and away we went. Yes we brought it back.
He had quite a few nice cars in the shop and spun up a supercharged G35 for us. It was awsome.
He was great to talk with. I learned alot of stuff I hade not heard before.

Rampant - That could have been me you saw in Milton, that is where I live. I'll send you a message when the dyno arrives and we'll get that beast dialed in for you.

Black67 - Awesome to meet you and your son, thanks for bringing the car back in one piece, and I was very happy with your response to our stage 2, it's nice to get some honest, real world feedback. Love your Cyber Gray - just needs a little more noise and power.

67redux - Not sure what supercharger you are planning, but we have a procharger here for our SS and will be installing it very soon if you would like to check it out.

2010victoryredss_ron - Our stage 2 has shown #'s from 404-414 RWHP.

Just thought I would let everyone know that this Saturday we will be at Gateway Chevrolet in Brampton. The Ontario Corvette club is putting on a tech and information session from about 10:30 to 3:00. It is open to anyone, you don't have to be a "corvette" guy or be in the club to go. We are bringing the Camaro and probably one of our race vettes to show and talk about. There will be giveaways and prizes, and some good info from the sponsors of the club(SPi included). Castrol is bringing a funny car to show off as well as some other goodies. Be great to see some of you guys attend, should be a good event, we are expecting over 150 people, a Camaro presence would be cool

Excellent Andrew look forward to meeting you. I live in Brampton so assuming the weather cooperates I'll be there. I am also interested in getting you guys to do a dyno tune for me. I have an LS3 to which I have added a G5CR air intake and a Stainless Works Exhaust system, 2" L/T Headers, 3" exhaust with High Flow Cats. I have had an engine light pretty much from day 1 and based on the On Star information (Emission System Alert) it appears to be the O2 sensors that are throwing the code. I am waiting on a heat shield for the CAI, once I have that in place will let you guys have a go at it.

The Corvette Forum is having their "official start to season" GTG (get together) @ Sherway Gardens Mall (opp. The Bay, parallel to the Queensway). Anyone and everyone is welcome, we'll be meeting around 10am, hang around for a while, and then there's a plan to "caravan" to the Gateway Tech Session.
