Cool Phantom Grille VS Heritage grille, pro's cons

If you look at my avatar I have a phantom Grille, I am debating whether I need to keep it or ditch it for a hereitage grille. Suggestions please? I like the grille but, I have been pulled over by the SM police because he stated: "it is covering the headlights" (did not ticket me). take a look tell me what you think. I will be adding Carbon fiber GFX and carbon fiber trunk as well. As you can see already have a carbon fiber hood

i think you just answered your own question.
personally that would be my second choice, as i love the heritage grill.
i think it all gets down to what you like the best.

Well, like it was stated, sounds like you are setting yourself up for a "real" ticket wth the Phantom Grille. I'd go for the Heritage, since it's very cool, and avoid the probable ticket.

I like the look you have. Just comes down to how deep your pockets are. If the cost of the tickets won't break you keep it .

I was talking with another member on here that has the phantom grill on his SS. Besides the possible ticket, another downside is that you can't clean the bugs and dirt/dust off your headlights without pulling the grill off.

is there a way to modify the phantom grill to expose the headlights? What about the turn signals? do they also have to be uncovered?

Well I have a preference, I would go for the heritage grill...no surprise there huh...

I don't care for the heritage grille, think the stock looks better then it does. However, I LOVE the phantom grille, had one on my lowered Astro van that i use to have. I say keep the phantom grille, looks MUCH better then the heritage
