Who's looking for a deal on a Skip Shift Eliminator?

Look to Apex Motorsports!

This week we are running a special on Hurst shifters, but we know that not everyone is looking to upgrade to a short throw unit. We also know that almost everyone dislikes that annoying first-to-fourth shift when driving at low RPM.

THE DEAL
Purchase an Apex Motorsports Skip Shift Eliminator and get $9.00 off the purchase, plus get FREE SHIPPING within the United States. To get the discount, you must use the discount code SKIP9 when you checkout. That's only $17.95!

The special promotion will last until midnight* on April 17th, 2010 or until we run out of stock, whichever comes first.

*Time is based on Eastern time, so West Coasters will have to get in before 9pm

I am not real familiar with these and I also dont know how to install. Will this effect gas mileage?

The best deal is the Radio Shack 2.2k ohm, 1/2 watt resistor in the harness connector.

It installs very simply. One end plugs into your transmission (where the current harness is now plugged in) and the other end receives the harness that you just disconnected from the transmission, placing the skip shift inline of the original harness.

Instructions are included.

I don't think you would see any appreciable change in fuel economy.

Here is a link to more specific information regarding how they operate.
