They come on with the driving lights ?
Possible to show pics in the dark, so we can see how they look with and without brake lights lit up too ?
Thanks.

Attn: Members attending C5F!

GM pulled through for us and we received 5 sets of GM tail lights that have been backordered for months now. We are going to build these and bring them out to C5F!

We can remove your old tail lights, take them in as cores, install the afterburner tail lights, and wire everything up at the show

Just found out this good news and wanted to share!

The video showed everything except where you attach the wire to, which comes from the halo.... Do you tap into the taillight wire? I have my Halo Afterburners ordered and just waiting for delivery.... will it tell me in the instructions? Thanks.... (sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm a carpenter not a mechanic )

Yes, the written instructions cover the wiring as well.

Hi,

I just got the afterburner kit shipped to dubai. The wiring instructions are missing. And support directed me to this video, but it still doesnt help. Can you please share a link to the intructions.

Also, I want to know what is the best method to cut the lense out. As per video, a rotating multipurpose tool is used. I have the same, however when i cut it scratches the inside of the lens. Is that expected? Thanks!

I used a dremel and the small cutting wheel. PM Stieger. He emailed me the full instructions.

Look into posi-tap connectors from posi-lock.com, much sturdier connection than those cheap t-taps they sell at autozone. Don't ask me how I know

I prefer to strip some insulation away, then separate half the strads apart, slide the additional wire between and twist away. Very easy, no taps required, and very strong/reliable.

So I got it wired and installed. Waiting on the bezels which I painted flat black to complete the install.
All I have to say is love them. Absolutely love them. They look amazing in the day and night and look even better farther away.
I wanted to post a pic but want to wait until the bezels are back on so I can show them off on C5
