GAS? how many miles per gallon do you get on your camaro? Preferably from the 2SS??
Hey guys I was just interested in how much miles per gallon everybody gets. Both v6 and v8 info is appreciated, but I'm looking forward to the v8 info in particular. How many times do you fill
up a week/month?? All info is appreciated  )

I've put about 400 miles on it so far and am averaging 19mpg in a mix of city and highway type miles. Used about a tank and a half.

2SS/6 spd
17 mpg around town. Haven't really done a long hwy trip to check how she does there. Fill with 93 at half a tank. Works out to about once every 5 days for me. |

i Get 17 18 with a heavy foot. I fill up almost every 12 13 days. If i go easy anddrive smart i can get 21. the highest i have got was 28.3 on i75
|

I have 17,700 on mine and I have a 2SS. When doing a mix of 70% highway & 30% city I average 20mpg. When its closer to 50/50 it drops to about 17-18mpg

I have 2ss std and drive 50/50 I would say and get 17.5 according to the computer. I have never hit 20mpg.

Pretty much 15-16, more when I'm only highway driving. I do a mix of city and highway, and I'm not babying it.

I get about 15-17 but I don't hit the cruising speeds alot and play some too. I got 22-23 on the highway when I drove the car from NC to VA after I bought it.

2SS/RS LS3 15-16mpg in town.
After I broke her in I did a lot of racing and averaged 6.5mpg on 2 tanks. |

My 1SS-6M has been steadily climbing since I brought it out of hibernation. Before hibernation, back in Sept-Oct, at 1-2K miles, around 15-17 mpg in 50/50 mix of driving.
Now it is 18-20 mpg with 3K miles and I have not changed my driving habits, fuel, etc. at all. I am getting 24-25 mpg in all highway driving.

25 on the v6 mixed driving if i consciously try to conserve gas.
35+ on the highway using the cruise control at 55 mph. |

My car gets around 26 to 27 if it's all highway driving. I'll see what I get on the way to Camaro5 fest and back...

2ss ls3 I've only driven in town so any where form 13 to 14 mpg. I've got 1900 miles on it so far so not thinking the Mpgs are gonna get much better. But I didn't buy it for gas mileage.

I won't lie the gas mileage rating was a bit misleading, at least on the 6. Then again I am still learning manual so that could be part of it.

I drive round trip to work every day about 96 miles. I average about 23mpg. All interstae driving...2LT V-6 auto...Without cruise on...
