I really hate doing this.
:bangdesk::notheadlights:

I'm sure you weren't going to ask about the headlights, but that's part of the Z28 Question Package (Z28QP). Along with that comes 550 repost horses and a search button with me banging my head on a desk.

There isn't any evidence supporting a Z28. Fbodfather has told us that a Z28 is simply not going to happen right now. It may return in the future, but the Z28 will not be available at release.

Do we need a lesson on how to use the search feature of online forums?

In all seriousness, the end of IROC also meant the end of any IROC Camaros. There will never again be a Camaro IROC-Z.

IROC name is not owned by GM -- we would have to pay serious money to use the name - and sponsor the race -- and provide cars and trucks and race cars ---..............

Right now is not a good time to discuss that.......(open a paper or turn on the TV.....)

There was none in 2007. I could be wrong, but I don't think it's coming back.

the IROC racing was sold on March 8th. So Unless GM Decideds to buy the rights to the name & start the racing up with GM Built cars its not going to happen.

the Z28 is the camaro lovers camaro to me if you had a Z28 you were more in depth with the camaro and the commutie and the SS to me is for the more shallow camaro buyer not that there is any thing wrong with that but I have been working hard for the past year for the Z28 and if the car dosen't come out I don't know what I should do and for the iroc I thank that it should stay as a name for the 3rd gen camaro or at least tell they make a 3rd gen retro camaro

No IROC, but maybe a KONI Camaro?

Mooresville, NC (12 August 2008) - The legion of Chevrolet Camaro fans will have a new place to focus their enthusiasm starting next January at Daytona International Speedway, as the legendary V8-powered classic Chevrolet performance machine will return to competition in the Grand-Am KONI Challenge GS Class in 2009.
