Does anyone know of any nice, good dealers in socal? I'm ready to buy and suddenly the two dealers here don't honor the credit union discount for the suppliers price on the camaro - I qualify and I have the code.

I do have a $500 promo gift card from one dealer here (that you use after you arrive at your best deal). They say they sell at sticker only but I have a feeling if I really push them I could get them to honor the supplier discount + stack the gift card. So about 1400 off sticker on a 1lt with a good amount of options.

Is that probably a good as i'm going to get or are there any other dealers I should try to negotiate with?

Rydell in Northridge - $2000 off any SS on their lot ( in this past weekends la times ad and 3 of the last 4 weekends also)- they had 8. I bought my CGM there, worked with Marcopolo for a couple of months until the one i wanted came, he's cool-not pushy and got my $2000 off even though it was tuesday.

Where are you in So Cal? My dealership in Temecula is doing the $500 card too. They are selling at a discount price. Talk to Becky Young (fleet director) and she can go over everything you need to know and make the process as painless as possible.

Wow I was actually talking to them. The dealer I have the card from is lake chevrolet and they are sticking to msrp. They won't even do the supplier pricing.

Paradise wouldn't do supplier pricing either but they would take $500 off. But I don't have the card there.

The dealer in SD is doing supplier pricing with EXACTLY what I want which is $950 off msrp and they can deliver it tonight. Very tempting. Do you think that's worth it?

Go for it. Both Lake and Paridise are owned by the same person. They may honor the card. Just food for thought.

or talk with Sara McKinney the fleet manager...I dealt with her, she gave me gm supplier and my father ordered his through her at supplier pricing as well..his TPW started today.

If you go through Jay, tell him Jarrod sent you...if you go through Sara, tell her Ryan sent you.

Thanks for the info guys. The problem is there is only 1 car in all of southern california that has exactly what I want. So while some other dealers are willing to cut deals on cars sitting on their lot they don't want to deal too much on cars that they have to go and get.

As much as I'd like this car i'm going to give the purchase a bit more thought before pulling the trigger.

Did you talk to Sara at Camino Real? I ordered mine and got exactly what I wanted, as did my dad, and we got supplier pricing (though we both qualify and have a code, not sure if you do).

No they're all brand new , mine just arrived a few days before I purchased it. I work right across the street from the dealer and I was over there constantly looking for the 'perfect' one without having to order it.

yea man call. camino real chevrolet. she is really good. i got 1500 off my car in the spot. and my girl got 300 buck off on a used car. they work with you. there like one of the best dealers in so cal
