Sweet! Glad it's going to work out.

I so wish I could have had my wheels before Sunday... oh well.

Nineball said they might ship this week, but I haven't heard anything from him since late last week. I am having the wheels and tires shipped directly to IPS Motorsports for them to mount and balance them. I'm assuming they'll call me when they get them. Maybe I'll send Nineball an email tomorrow.

Is it the sticky clutch problem I've been hearing about?

Earliest Memory has a manual V6 and she never complained about anything... Talk to OldSchool about the stickey clutch. He is the only on I know personally who has experienced it out of alot of M6 owners.

I'm going to polish my car today too. I won't be going to the Pedders event, but I will be coming to the mod day. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again.

I think we should be ok on tools unless there are any special tools you need. We have an air compressor and impact wrench if needed. We will have both my Dad's and my tools for wrenches, ratchets, sockets, screwdrivers, pliers, etc. We will have at least two jacks and three sets of jack stands. We also have various oil filter wrenches, drains, funnels, spring compressors and a brake fluid bleeding kit.

For any of the fluid changes were it would be better to pump the new fluid in, someone might want to bring a pump for such work. For my diff oil change, I simply squeezed the bottle to get the new fluid in but I could see how a little pump would work easier.

For anyone that wants to wash/wax their car, there is a drain in the shop so you can do this work inside; however, bring your own supplies - soap, wax, towels, etc.

I think I'll have my car clean before I show up on Sunday... I wouldn't want anyone to strip his gears in disgust again.

Question Clearance - OEM Springs

Do you all think I will have a problem if I lower the car 1" for clearance into my driveway?

What do you think?

No comments about the bugs I picked up today and the bird dookie. I am heading out to clean it right now.

You can also tell the difference in light brightness in teh pictures of the Rt and Lt DRLs. You can make the lLEDS out on the dimmer one better. Drivers.

Well my car is at CincySpeed and the tech is coming in early to install my headers!! and I am still on as a Friday delivery date for my front sway.

My weekind is looking like a full Camaro weekend...

Saturday I will install sway bar and clean it all up for Sunday. Weather permitting, I plan to mow the yard too Saturday. Kristen and her sister are taking the mother in law out so I will be home alone.

Drew and I are going to caravan and be there between 8 and 8:30 depending on when we get going.

No problem! I had the same concerns before I lowered mine. (I know, I don't have the GFX like you do.) I find the lowering springs to not be an issue. There are a few steep dirveways where I drive in at a bit of an angle, but I have not hit bottom anywhere.

Do it! It's so worth it.

Can you drive into your driveway at an angle instead of straight-on?

Why is your license blurred in the 2nd pic but not the 1st?

Paul, you have a sexy foot! I love the nail polish and blue flip flops....

And I think you will be fine as long as you dont Mario Andretti into the drive. Looks like you have about 3" so you will be fine, just be careful!

Who will be the first to have springs installed Sunday?

Who will be the first to have an MGW shifter installed Sunday?

I just edited the post to blur all of them ... ooops.

I can drive in at an angle, but wanted to portray the worst of the grade.

What do you think?
