Any update/ETA on when these will be shipped? I am getting my wheels painted and installed early next week

Thanks in advance.

We expect them to come through the door any day now based on the time frame Gorilla gave us regarding special order items. Apex Paul is planning to call them tomorrow for an update.

A truck of inventory arrived late today, including enough black locks for everyone that has already ordered, so they will be on their way tomorrow. Thanks for your patience! Another order was sent from the manufacturer today, so I'll be expecting more soon.

Sweet! My wheels haven't come from Savini yet, so I'll have the lugs before the wheels arrive. I'm so pleased you guys got these. I almost had to have a set of chrome lugs powder coated or anodized for my new wheels.

Thanks, Paul!

Man, this is great news...any idea on how long it takes to ship once they are in the mail?

I am having my wheels painted Monday or Tuesday of next week; do you think they should be here by early next week if they are shipped tomorrow?

Thanks...

They are going out via UPS today so you should receive them by Monday, I would think.

When someone gets these can they take some closeup pics comparing these and the stock lugs. The seat in particular.

Since you have these on the shelf, can i get pics comparing them with the stock lug seats? And/or a spec sheet.

I don't have any stock lug nuts to do a side-by-side with. I'll try and get you some photos though. What specs do you need?

Mine are due to arrive on Monday. I don't have my new wheels yet (they should arrive within the next 2 weeks).

jrpimp000-
I'm not sure exactly what specs/pictures you want. The lugs on the Apex website listed at the beginning of the thread are the correct lugs for the Camaro:
http://www.apex-speed.com/index.php?...oduct_id=30166

They are 14 mm x 1.5. What other info do you need? I don't know what more an additional picture would do than the one Apex Paul posted in the first post of this thread.

Hey, thanks for the reply, im looking for pics of the seat, the actual part that contacts the wheel, one of the Techs at Gorilla (or atleast thats what the girl on the phone called him), told me the seat was too small for the the stock wheels. Now I have heard many people on here stating that they have the chrome version of these and they fit perfect. I just dont want to buy another set that doesnt fit. The last gorilla lugs I purchased were 14 x 1.5 3/4 and they cracked because the seat wasnt wide enough and they went to far down on the wheel. A set of locks that I purchased of of ebay that were supposedly made for the SS wheel they were 13/16 but started showing spyder cracks all over them and when I asked the seller he stated that "they fit the SS Camaro just not the SS Camaro stock rims. I got my money back but its a hassle. I like the look of these locks but want to be sure.

Thanks for the information. I checked with Nineball and he seemed to think these were the right lugs for my Savini wheels. They are the same kind of lugs PQ bought for his Savini wheels. I won't have the stock lugs off until the new wheels arrive, so I won't be able to get a side by side pic until the shop transfers the wheels (should be within 2 weeks).

In the meantime, I can take pictures of these black gorilla lugs from all angles on Monday for you. I will see if I can get a few good pictures with a small ruler next to the seat of the lugs.

The official line from Gorilla is that these are not made for the 2010 Camaro. I can say that these locks are being widely used, and I have not heard of any issues. If someone wants a guaranteed-to-fit wheel lock for their car, I can only say with 100% certainty that we have GM wheel locks (part no. 92221880) that fit. The GM locks are chrome, not black.

I don't have any pictures to post of the locks. They are 14mm x 1.5 with a 60 degree conical seat, right handed threads, require a 13/16 lug wrench to tighten and should (I suppose) be tightened to factory specs. If I am not mistaken, the factory torque is a whopping 190NM

I got my lugs today. Thanks, Apex!

jrpimp00, do you want pictures of one of these next to a stock lug? If so, you'll have to wait until the stock wheels come off the car. That should be in about one week.

If you want just a picture of one of these, I can do that now. Let me know.

I uploaded a bunch of macro shots with a metric ruler to my flickr. Here is the link to that set:

I hope these help you. Let me know if you need something else.

I will post pictures of them on the car after my wheels get here.
