How hard was the install? Did you need to take off the front bumper to remove the stock cam?

You do not have to remove the bumper to remove the stock cam. Just remove the radiator and move the condensor out of teh way (there's enough slack in the a/c lines to leave the a/c connected to the condensor)

not sure what size cam you went with, but I cant stress enough how important it is to check the valve to piston clearance..

I usually do my own installs as well, but as luck was on my side I didnt have much time for doing it myself. So I had Ragin Racing install their stage 3 package.. Originally I was going with their lethal cam... 229/ 242 @ 650 lift... after installing the cam they checked the valve to piston clearance and it was only .050 way to close... oddly enough this was a typical cam that they use on the LS3 applications installed many times before without any problems. He said they usually run around .070+ clearance

So for my car we ordered a custom grind cam, and moved the numbers around to achieve the same results I was looking for but would give it more piston to valve clearance..

Not trying to scare ya, but save ya from some possible issues...just be sure to check the clearance any time you install a new cam.
