Dealers in Orange County California

Does anyone know any dealers in Orange County that will take orders on Monday. Cause all the ones I've talked to all say theres just an interest list and only the General Managers are in charge and I talk to them they all say the same thing nothing about ordering on monday.

MSRP at Mullahey. I was first to order there, and the only one on their list before monday.

Actually, I didn't ask. Only asked whether or not I was first, and I was so I wasn't really thinking to ask about that at the time. I probably should have though.

Sorry >.>

Connell Chevrolet, Costa Mesa.
I just got off the phone with some "kid" who didn't know much of anything.
So I asked him to find out:
-what their allocation is
-How many peeps is on their list
-if they will honor GM employee pricing

He called me back and reported they expect to get 21 camaros.....
however, "NO", they will not honor the employee pricing and then he goes on babbling about how they are going to get as much money as they can based on the demand.

I asked him why he thought I would even be remotely interested in hearing a statement like that and he then hung up on me!....sigh!

I'm getting ready to call the general manager and see if his story is any different!

Has anyone found any dealers that are offering to honor the employee discount?

Thanks

Quality Chevrolet in Escondido says they'll honor whatever GM offers.

However, they have a huge list and are only allocated 10... so there's no point in me telling you any of this.

Any update on Mullahey's allotment and list? I'll call them right now if not.

Mullahey actually isn't a good dealer to go to any longer. They recently told me that they will place my order after they order for their lot. I told them to cancel my order and that I was going to Weir Canyon Chevrolet. If I wanted my order to be taken now I would have to agree to a dealer mark up.

I'm very disappointed with them since I've bought two cars there and my dad bought his '08 Z06 from them.

Lame. I just called there (Mullahey) and they said they'd have someone call me back about the Camaro.

Have you talked to Weir? Got any info to share? I'm checking out dealers all over SoCal trying to get in on the initial allocation, but I'm not having much luck. I'd definitely be willing to make a short drive up there to pick one up.

Yea, Weir has an allocation of 9. I was #7 to order with them yesterday.

Got all the stuff and if your local, no need for a deposit on your order and guaranteed in writing MSRP.

Guess I'll have to wait to use my Employee discount.
Can't blame the dealers for wanting to make a buck on the 1st several allocations! Good things come to those who wait!

I plan on buying around this time next year. Hopefully I shouldnt have a problem with allocation or honoring GM discounts right?
