headers, exhaust and intake and gas mileage

hey everyone, i just got my 2ss camaro and love it so far, but i want it to be louder and meaner! im thinking about getting the slp long tube headers, loud mouth exhaust and cai. how would those three affect gas mileage, would it be the same, go up a little or drop a lot. i used the search and couldn't find anything...thanks for your help

Potentially they could increase MPG due to better 'breathing'. Though they could make it worse if they are too big for the car (not enough exhaust pressure). You likely need a tune if you do headers though so keep that in mind.

Gas mileage was good, until i installed the headers then it went to sh*t. With the tune it should help it out, but now i just have to wait.....and i'm very impatient. :(

I noticed no change in mileage with headers and with heads/cam I am right around the same MPG or perhaps even a little bit better on the highway.

My LTs, Intake, and tune seem to have had little affect on my mileage. Actually it's maybe a hair better than stock.

ARH's full system, SLP's Blakwing CAI, SLP's Skip Shift Eliminator, no tune and I averaged 24.8 MPG on the trip down to C5F and 24 MPG for the entire trip and that was with some spirited driving.
