Stock radio for the V8 same in both 1SS and 2SS?

Correct me if i am wrong, but are the radio's the same in the 1SS and 2SS? I know with the 2SS you get the Boston Acustic speakers, but if the they're identical radio's i have a question maybe someone can help with. The 2SS has a USB port. I sure would like to have a USB port in my 1SS so i can jam my i-pod tunes. Does anyone think it's in the realm of possibilty that there is a wire or connection allready in place on my radio to pull this off?

Thanks in advance,

Dave

The radio has an auxiliary input, buy a cord from radioshack or wherever to plug your ipod into the stereo.
