And i bet they are complaining the economy is slow too.....

nice choice. Class act all the way

I'm always a little nervous.....but she knows I'm a car junkie. I see you skipped out of work early today? Or maybe you just went for a drive.

The fluid is transmission fluid. Yes the M6 circulates fluid into the radiator for cooling just like the auto does.

Question, did you have to remove the A/C condenser as-well-as the radiator?

Wondering what the Chop sticks are For?

What WBT said.

Take your Time, make sure you dial the cam in and check valve spring installed heights, and lifter preload.

Ted.

You can loosen three screws holding these lines (if looking from above the condensor, they can been seen once the radiator is removed) across and then gently move the condensor out of it's housing and start to tilt it (passenger side tilted up) until you have enough room to remove/install the cam. This does take another person, one to hold the condensor up while the cam is being installed.

There is just enough flex to safely do it this way. I'll take some pics tommorow to show what I'm talkng about.

Thank you! I plan to do my own cam swap as well when the time comes. Great to know.

TED, this thing is freaking awesome!!!! Everything is performing as advertised and I'm keeping it under 4k rpm for the first day and letting it get up to operating temperature before driving but OMG.

Seriously...I'm stunned how great it runs. No sewing machine sound, idles like a champ and road manners are great. 6th gear on the highway is quiet (no drone at all, about the same as just muffler delete) but man this thing is loud with headers/hi flow cats and the muffler delete (kept the stock resonators and h-pipe) when standing behind it at idle. Very cool.

Best of all I have the satisfaction of doing this job myself with the help of a friend in my garage (both of us our mechanics but not in the automotive capacity) and anytime I had a question, Jannetty was there with the answers I needed.

Thanks again!

PS I finished the install about 1:30 in the morning...uhh yeah the neighbors are not liking me right now.

Fantastic, Congrats on a job well done.
Thanks for the feedback.

Ted.
